*Health Coaches are not psychologists but may help with Stress Management with use of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and other strategies

Health coaches are not weight management specialists but nay assist with strategies and plans to impact weight.

*Health coaches may not give medical advice but may assist with encouragement to follow the doctor’s orders, manage diabetes, hypertension, heart disease and other health issues through lifestyle changes. Effective support may also be provided during difficult periods of medical treatment like chemotherapy or dialysis.

*Health coaches can help with setting realistic, holistic health and wellness goals and developing a plan to achieve them.

*Health coaches can help with Lifestyle transitions for those navigating, major life changes like career decisions or a new job, becoming a new parent or caregiver by providing support to maintain a healthy lifestyle during the transition
