Homemade Potato Chips

Homemade potato chips are a crispy, irresistible snack made easy—just slice, season, and bake or fry to golden perfection. Fresh, crunchy, and so satisfying!


Ingredients

  • 2 medium Yukon Gold Potatoes

  • Pam Spray

  • Parchment paper

  • Kosher salt


Preheat oven to 375

Line two large baking or cookie sheets with Parchment paper

Lightly spray Parchment paper with Pam

Using a mandolin set to most thin setting, slice potatoes and arrange on Parchment paper. Lightly spray potatoes.

Being vigilant, bake on 375 turning pans and exchanging shelf levels until some chips are light brown . Increase heat to 400 degrees and continue to turn pans and exchange shelves until chips are golden brown. Use a wide spatula to rake chips from parchment paper to tray. Sprinkle lightly with Kosher salt. Serves 4.
